We fully guarantee your satisfaction with RunPhones. If you need to contact us for any reason, please email cs@runphones.com. Please include your full name and as much order information as possible in your email.

Warranty

RunPhones come with a 6 month warranty. If your RunPhones fail within that period, please email cs@runphones.com for a replacement. Please include your full name and as much order information as possible in your email.

Returns

You do not need to contact us prior to making a return. Simply send the RunPhones back to Customer Service, AcousticSheep LLC, 179 Jefferson Circle, Bellefonte PA 16823. Please include your name and order information so that we may properly credit you.

Exchange

If your RunPhones are too big or too small and you would like to change sizes, simply send them back to Customer Service, AcousticSheep LLC, 179 Jefferson Circle, Bellefonte PA 16823. Please include your name and address along with your desired size and color.
